Darker Ankles, Mole On Upper Eye Lid And Armpit. Hypertension. Guidance?

i am34 year old females unmarried with 80 kg weight 5 3 height a reseach student in india. sir since two months my ankles become darker and darker, i am white in complexion i dont know why ankles only ??? sir this is becouse of herpertension , i am hipertensive or any thing else . i also want to say that since three months i have small very mole on the upper eye lid and armpit also. sir please guide me
