AS youmantioned, you got your teeth extracted.
Dentist prescribed you only analgesics because the extracted teeth was mobile.
Please take warm saline gargle frequently to relieve pain.
I would suggest you to visit the dentist soon since you have pain in your gums.
Antibiotics can be administered as per dentist's prescription.
Please do not take medicines without medical supervision.
Also maintain good oral hygiene.
Rinse your mouth after every meals to prevent accumulation of food debris on the extraction socket.

hello,
you got your tooth extracted and had pain in the gums.
the most important thing is to go for warm saline rinses atleast 3-4 times a day.
you are already taking analgesic for the release of pain.
also maintain good oral hygiene and remember not to rub or massage that area.
take an appointment as soon as possible and take medication under dentists supervision only.
take care
regards

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query,
As your teeth have been removed, your doctor had already given you antibiotics
medication should be taken as prescribed and not by ourselves
Visit the dentist till then you can do warm saline rinses.
maintain good oral hygiene
