Delayed Period. Clear Vaginal Discharge, Burning Sensation In Ovaries. Have Ovarian Cysts

I m a week late on my period, I haven t taken a test because after the last time I had sex, I got my period the next week, this is supposed to be the 2nd period after unprotected sex. I have clear water like fluid gushing from my vagina once a day now, and my ovaries feel like they are burning. On a pain scale it s about a 4. I have ovarian cysts on both ovaries.

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Scanty non foul smelling vaginal discharge is normal.
USG finding of bilateral ovarian cyst with pain abdomen suggest endometrial cyst.
Medical line of treatment is with NSAID and OC pills.
Laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy would be treatment if choice.
