Delayed Periods, Tender Breasts, Anal Cramps, Brown And Clear Discharge. Had Sex 4 Days Before Period Date. Possible Pregnancy?

Hi okay so I am 7 days late on my period and I am sexually active the last time I had intercourse was 3 or 4 days before my cycle was supposed to start my breast are tender but I get that symptom when I am about to start my period I feel like I am about to start my period at any minute and just today I got another symptom when I feel like I am about to start my period and that was anal cramps and vaginal I occasionally have a brown discharge and when I work out I get a clear discharge I need to know am I pregnant or not I have recently gained and lost weight but I don't know if that has something to do with it

Having sex only 4 days prior to the expected date of periods is not likely to cause a pregnancy as it is relatively less fertile period of the cycle. The cramps and vaginal discharge could be due to the impending period. Do wait to find out.
