Hi,
In the current scenario, you should have a serum beta-hCG assay along with a trans-vaginal sonogram for a definite confirmation/exclusion of pregnancy as urine pregnancy tests may not be of much use. Please see a specialist for a complete evaluation and further management because if you are pregnant, you would need specific care to control abdominal cramps. Hope this information is useful to you. Wish you good health.
