Hello
Thanks for the query
As 12 days have been passed the present illness is very unlikely to be due to dengue. Bleeding in dengue usually occur in the initial 10 days of illness. Bleeding following fall may be due to trauma. So get an E.N.T. checkup to rule out any injury and also tonsillitis. As there is also rise in temp. go for routine investigation like complete blood count to rule out any infection. He may also need an antibiotic course as there is bleeding from nose with symptoms suggestive of tonsillitis.
So I would suggest you to consult an E.N.T. specialist for proper evaluation and management of condition.
I hope this answers you query well
Wish you and your family good health

Hi, Amith.
As there is h/o Dengue and he complains of bleeding from nose, it is advisable to go for complete blood checking and Platelets count as well.
This time fever might be due to tonsils but keeping history of bleeding from nose depletion of platelets are likely.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Ok and bye.
