Psychiatrist 's  Response
hello

welcome to healthcare magic

As per your details, these could be the somatic features of depression as well as anxiety. Decreased sleep is also one of the feature of depression. I advise you to consult a psychiatrist for detailed history and management (Anti depressants, anti-anxiety drugs, psychotherapy etc).
Hope it helps
Good Luck
Thanks
