Despite Having A Flu Shot About A Month Ago I

Despite having a flu shot about a month ago I developed a flu like illness, low grade fever, chills, headaches, productive cough with intermittent wheezing that has lasted about twelve days. While I am slightly clinically improved I don't feel much "better". I am treating myself systematically with minimal noticeable results. Should I add a concomitant antibiotic. If so, which one.
