Developed Bumps On Tattoos Put On Wrists. Comes Back After Picking. How To Remove Permanently?

I have two tattoos on my wrists and both of them have developed wart like bumps on them. On the right arm one the size of a sharpie head and two about the size of a ball point pin tip. On the left arm i have three the size of a ball point pin two are very close together. I pick at them sometimes, I dont know why, and they pick off but hurt and grow back. Could this be because of the tattoo are they warts? How do i make them go away for good.

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

With your description of symptoms it seems to be warts. Warts are due to viral infection of skin which spreads through contact, It can spread by tatooing too.
Scratching or picking over wart is not a good habit as it spreads infection to other region too and resulting in warts.
quick freeze or electrical destruction are simple, although somewhat painful, and generally nonscarring for warts.
Even application of topical salicylic acid is also useful. Consult a doctor for management.

Hope this helps you.

Regards
