hello,
welcome to healthcaremagic,
your daughter is suffering from a viral infection, the pain in the feet is due to the fevers she is getting on and off.
you need to see if you has any kind of a rash starting from the face going downwards to rule out measles.
the viral infection usually goes on its own antibiotics dont help.
for the cough you can give her warm honey water, steaming can help for the cold and tepid sponging if fevers get to high.
you can also get a blood test done to see if there is a superimposing bacterial infection and if amoxil is working.
if symptoms persist then get her reviewed by the pediatrician.
wish your daughter a quick recovery.
