Developed Piles And Have IBS. Could There Have Been A Misdiagnosis?

Dear Dr. I am 45 years old male with BMI of 28. For the last two years I am suffering from bowel problem. I consulted a doctor he says that it is IBS. I am not sure about the diagnosis because during this period the problem has increased and I also have developed piles. Please what should I do.
