Developed Swollen, Red Rash (with Some Puss) On Ear After Piercing. How To Treat This?

I got my ears pierced a week ago. A couple days later they started to swell and develop a rash but no itch. I believe I'm allergic to nickel, so I switched them to surgical steel (nickel free) but theyre still swollen, and I think theres pus. its not getting worse but do I need to get pus out? And how can I treat it without my piercing closing up?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
I have gone through your query.
It suggests that you may suffer by infection in the pierced area. If you pierced the lobule then there is no need to so much worry.
But if you pierced the cartilagenous portion then there is need to worry.
In above condition you may take--->
1. Antibiotics tablet and ointment.
2. Anti-inflammatory drug.
If you have any doubt, I will be available for your query.
