Diabetes, Frequent Urination, Severe Body Pain Along With Pain In Teeth And Gum

I an a 49 year old, diabetic female and I have recently moved from Illinois to Shaboygan WI in November When I got here, I noticed that I was tired most of the time and I have slept a lot. Then I began to have overall pain in my body now and then, which I was able to relieve with 800 mg ibuprofen. Now I have the pain most of the time and it is nearly unbearable. I now take 1600 mg of ibuprofen several times a day and it may take the edge off but does not relieve. I have also become very weak, unable to get out of bed or walk stairs. I have no fevers, I urinate all day and my teeth and gums hurt constantly. I was fine before leaving Illinois, working every day but have been unable to work here in WI.

Dear Friend..

Diabbetics are prone to lot of infections and also complications of diabetes.

Frequent urination may be a sign of urinary tract infection.
Pain in teeth and gums can be due to gingivitis , that is also frequent in diabetics.

I am much concerned for your weight loss , and weakness.

See , diabetics may develop kidney problems (diabetic nephropathy) leading to low hemoglobin (anemia) and weakness. Moreover , you constant consumption of Ibuprofen may futher damage your kidneys.

I suggest you a complete work up and evaluation.

Wish you a speedy recovery and good health
