HI, I am in first trimester pregnancy,I am diabetic with hypothyroid and cholosterol ,so i want some advice from you how to be healthy and happy in every trimester with all my problems.I will be grateful if you also help me by giving diet chart.now i am in bed rest,nexxt week after ultrasonography we will know by the grace of Almighty everything is ok or not. Hello Fahana,
Thanks for the query.

Since you have both diabetes and hypothroidism, its considered high risk condition.
You need to keep your sugars in normal range to prevent birth defects to fetus.
Avoid excess weight gain during pregnancy. At the same time do not diet as well.
Avoid sweets and high carbohydrate diet.
Get a GCT at 20 weeks followed by GTT.
Continue taking eltroxin.
