Diabetic. Tests Done. What Does Findings Mean?

Can someone please tell me what these numbers mean and how serious are they???? MICROALBUMIN..14.7...CREATATINNE URINE RANDOM...146.0...MICROALB/CREAT..10...CREATINNE..1.45...BUN..28...CHOL/HDL RATIO..5.7 ...AM I DYING??? HOW SERIOUS ARE ALL THESE NUMBERS TO ME?? I AM A TYPE 2 DIABETIC TAKING INSULIN OF 25 TO 28 UNITS EVERYTIME I EAT. I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH A KIDNEY DOCTOR AT THE END OF THIS MONTH AT UT SOUTH WEST MEDICAL CENTER HERE IN DALLAS, TEXAS. PLUS, I TAKE 20 MG OF LISINOPRIL FOR MANY YRS TO PROTECT MY KIDNEY'S FROM EXCREETING PROTIEN. NEED HELP NOW!! THANK YOU FOR YOU'RE TIME AL V RAMIREZ...

HI DEAR.....
DEAR you have a grade 1 diabetic nephropathy.....micro albumen when come in urine,means diabetes is gona damaging your kidneys.... but with ACE inhibitor like lisinopril,and good glycemic control can stop this process.....reversal is not possible,but further damage can be stop....now this is your basal level....if with time it remains like this ,it means success of treatment....so do not be too worry ,wish you a very good health...
