Hi sumathi: Your blood sugars are at higher side. The appropiate blood sugar level for pregnancy is FBS < 90 and PPBS <120. PPBS upto 140 can be acceptable. But since you are in insulin it is definitle simple to bring down your sugar. Keep watch on your babies growth also. Nothing much to panic and you have to titrate your dose of insulin to maintain your blood sugars without hypoglycemia.
Greetings sumathi
Your blood sugars are high and in pregnancy it is recommended that there is strict control of the blood sugars
High blood pressure is also a problem and can affect the pregnancy outcome
It is best to follow your consultant for a healthy outcome of the mother and child
greetings!
pregnancy related diabetes calls for a strict control of blood sugars. Unfortunately only Insulin the drug suited in pregnancy and has to injected in small divided doses twice or thrice a day
The sugars you ave last mentioned are way too high and can cause problems in the fetus.
the second complication is blood pressure and that also needs to be treated
please follow your doctors advice and it will help you deliver a healthy baby
