Diabetic, Found Blood On Backside, No Pain. What Could Be The Reason?

My daughter found blood on her backside twice today that seemed to just come from her skin. It wasn t coming from any orifice, it just seemed to start at her waistband. It was very dark blood. She said she didn t feel anything, and she feels fine. She is diabetic, and has had several episodes of very low blood sugar , to the point of unconsciousness . Right now, her blood sugar is at normal level.

Hi, do you sea the blood coming from the skin with out any cut. If it is there it might be from some other place, and come there in wiping .
Or else it must be psychological feeling.
Any how i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
