Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
If I were your treating doctor for this allergic symptoms I would come up with these measures , these includes.
1 May be
urticaria , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a physician . Get in blood for eiosinophils count as this is very important in this case.
2 May be
dermatitis as this is most common in diabetic patient so for this you have to
consult a dermatologist and get his opinion , even it may be scabies in very early stage .
3 In such type of symptoms I don't use wysolone i.e.
prednisolone as due to many side effects .
Metformine don't develop any side effect over kidney as far as concerned for kidney , this is a safe drug.
The pain exactly in the middle of the back may be a pain of pancreas . Since you mentioned that you are a diabetic patient so in my opinion for this get in
ultrasound of pancreas as well as M R I because in diabetic pancreas is prone to damage any time. Also get examination of serum amylase and lipase .
Consult a diabetologist and get his opinion. For
hypothyroidism you are already taking treatment. Good luck. Dr. HET
