Diabetic, Suffering From Treatment Resistant Depression. On Medication For Depression, Memory Loss And Low Apetite. Why ?

I am a daibetic and suffering from treatment resistant depression .Female ,50 yrs. I am on 20 mg Fludac and 5 mg oleanz and 7.5 mg Mirtaz along with dianbetic medication and insulin ..The depression medecation is from the last 3 months.lately I have found that i am not as happy as i was when i first started taking the anti depressants , My memory loss is extreme.My apetite is very low and I am getting anxious at night again.Should my medication be cahnged or increased.

Both are the options. If there is signs of improvement, existing medicine dose may be increased. Otherwise change in medicine may be needed.
