Diagnosed Enlarged Spleen For Fatigue, Unclear Vision, Pain In Abdomen. Is Further Testing Needed?
I was told today the results of tests that I have a enlarged spleen. I have been feel some strange feelings since last Monday First very tired and my eyes seem to go come and go in clarity. I have pain in my abdomen and can t eat a lot. What should I do, should I get tested further saw Gaucher Disease and I know I am not absorbing B12 or Vit D,
Having a larger than normal spleen (splenomegaly) and presenting with symptoms such as malaise, fatigue, visual and abdominal problems, sure requires further testing. Your doctor should be able to examine you, then run the appropriate laboratory tests including infectious diseases check, evaluating your liver, checking for hemoglobinopathies etc. All will depend on your doctor's evaluation. I recommend that you see a doctor soonest before conditions get worst.
Hope this helps
