HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The report states that there is minimal (very little) free fluid seen. This is a good thing.

You can try to conceive if you wish. It can sometimes be difficult to conceive in women with PCOD but there are treatment options available to help you.

Weight loss of any excess weight, the use of metformin may help.

There are also drugs that can help with inducing ovulation.

I hope this helps
