Diagnosed Of Left Follicle. Cysts In Breast. How Can I Get Pregnant?

Hi. Im 33 years old, married with no children yet. I underwent a beast surgery 7 years ago removing a fibroadenoma. I recently went to a gynecologist to see If I can get pregnant and was said that I have a small left follicle 14.3 mm. And advised to do a breast check before getting hormones. So I found out I had 6 cysts in both sides and a likely old cyst or fibroadenoma size 8 x 3.5 mm and also a fibrolypomatose ?? size 10.3.5 mm. So my gyn advised I cannot use hormones to help me get pregnant as this can bring breast problems. What do I do in this situation?? Please advice. Thank you!

Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I presume that the small left follicle measuring 14.3 mm is seen on ultrasound scan of left ovary. If that is the case and rupture of follicle is documented, then it confirms ovulation. You and your partner must try to have sexual intercourse around this time for around 4 days to maximize chances of conceiving. The ovulation usually happens 14 days before the start of the next period. The most fertile period is a day before ovulation and for 4 days after that.

Hope this helps
