Hi, Nothing to worry. At the time of delivery there are generalized relaxation of pelvic and back muscles and ligaments to give proper space for passing of fetus through pelvic canal. Due to sacralization ligaments and muscles do not relax up to extent might cause obstructed labor. In such case perhaps caesarian section delivery may require. Nothing to worry, chances of having normal vaginal delivery are there. Your height is also fine so there might be enough space for passing fetus. ok and take care.
