Diagnosed With ESRD, On Dialysis, Advised Kidney Transplantation With Cadaveric Donor. How Long Will This Kidney Function Properly?

hello, I am 25 years old, Filipina, and was diagnosed with ESRD last year. I am currently on dialysis 2 to 3x a week..But as there is a rising cost for dialysis, I was advised by my nephro to undergo kidney transplantation with cadaveric donor. Usually for how long will this kidney function well? Or will it easily fail? Thanks and God bless :)
