Diagnosed With PCOD & Having Pain In Lower Abdomen & Rectum
I am a PCOD patient.I had menstruation a week ago with pain in stomach. Suddenly from yesterday,I am having severe pain in my lower abdomen and around rectum.My physician,who is outstation,has prescribed Tab Nucoxia 120 and Pan40,which I have not started yet.Please advise.

Hi,
PCOD can cause hormonal imbalance leading to pelvic floor muscular dysfunction leading to rectal pain. Nicosia 120 being muscle relaxant and pain killer along with pan40 an antacid would help. You can start with the pills.
