Diagnosed With PCOS & Noticing Light Discharge

hi i have pcos, in june this yea i had ovarian drilling to which the blood test says im ovulating, ive had regular periods since the drilling never once have i ever spotted before my period, i was due on the 29th for my period i had unusual brown discharge, the following afternoon i had light pink watery blood (not common for my period) it wasnt long lasting, but returned sunday afternoon again not lasting very long with just a bit more brown discharge, today nothing i took a pregnancy test but it came back negative am wondering what this could be?

Hello,
Its possible that your cycles are becoming irregular again. If the pregnancy test is negative, then this discharge can be a scanty period. If you are late, wait at least 1o days and do the test. If your not late, and this discharge is ocurring mid cycle, then could be ovulation bleeding.
