Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hi,
It means the fibrosis and nodules in lungs currently seen are a result of old healed TB. Sequelea normally remain permanent and there should not be any worry as there is no active TB at present. However it is better to get a clinical evaluation from a Pulmonologist done for the overall picture to be clearer.

Dr Mishra
