Diagnosed With UTI, Bacterial Infection, ADHD, Back Pain, Dehydration, Frequent Urination. Given Flagyl. Taking Xanax. Normal?

diagnosed with UTI and bacterail infection yesterday morning, non pregnant 34 yr, two previous children, other wise healthy other than depression and ADHD for which I currently take buproprion, Adderal and xanax for. IUD in place for over 1 yr. febrile, frequency of urination, burning, hesitancy, dehydrated, back pain, some abd pain with pressure.
Given Flagyl and cipro, four treatments and now tonight I have started having a feeling of contractions,in the lower adb every few min, with extreme back pain not relieved with ibu or tylenol, or heat to abd and back and increase of fluid intake.
Still feeling crappy, nothing will relieve the pain. Is this a normal or should I be seen?

Welcome to HCM.
You should be in touch with your doctor because you have developed other symptoms.
Sometime back pain is there in severe urinary tract infection.
Go for urine test again to confirm the improvement with flagyl and cipro.
Also rule out any stone formation in the renal system by USG.
Otherwise take nsaid with muscle relaxant.
Local application of nsaid gel will be helpful.
Drink more water and other liquids.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
