Diagnosed With Acid Reflux Along With Nausea, Unable To Swallow, Mucus In Throat. Causes ?

I was recently diagnosed with acid reflux which is often accompanied with nausea which I suffer with most days f the week, I have been having problem with my throat, sometimes I Find it hard to swallow and I get a lot of mucus in the back of my throat, I have the mucus every day and was given a buconase nasal spray but is no helping, my throat has a tightness to it at the middle part of the neck as if someone has there hand around my kneck, what could be causing these issues? Thanks

these are symptoms of post nasal drip secondary to chronic sinusitis.You have to have a gram negative cover for 5- 7 days with mucolytics to clear your sinuses. Reflux your mentioning needs proton pump inhibitors along with these medications
