Diagnosed With Chlymydia And Experiencing Sharp Pain In The Pelvic Region

Hi I am a 22 year old female 120lbs who was just diagnosed with chlymydia 2 days ago. I have no idea how long I've had it, I didn't have any symptoms I had never been tested and felt the need to just get it done while at the doctor for a uti a week ago . I was prescribed 1 single dose (2 pills) of Azithromycin 500mg and took it the day I got the results from the doctor. Today I noticed chunky white, yellowish oderless discharge all over my vagina opening and I was laying down and felt a sharp pain for a second in my pelvic region. Is this the antibiotics fighting the infection or could this be something more serious?
