depression drugs
you need to take some extra efforts to get out of these symptoms
you need to start this
start daily morning walk
do daily morning exercises , streches,rope skipping,sun salutation,
do some
yoga [if you know ,or learn them]and pranayama
join some group, club activity
If you do ART OF LIVING - part 1 course it will definately help you to over come your state of mind
eat fresh fruits and vegetables
learn some creativity [join piano,guitar class,dance learning,painting,any sports]
