It's normal for parts of the body to swell during and after exercise it is associated with
vasodilation. During exercise, the blood vessels open up to allow increased blood flow. This can cause the hands, face, legs and feet to enlarge slightly and even appear swollen and disappears when exposed to
cold.
We have to rule out other causes that is
1.
hormonal (if chances of
pregnancy,or under hormonal medications).as age and sex are not mentioned in your query.
2.other possible involvement of organs, alter blood pressure,for safety's sake, check with your doctor as a routine.
For weight redution
Both
surya Namaskara and walking are good.you can also engage in physicial activities like cycling, swimming, abdominal crunches.
A proper balanced diet-
Avoiding unhealthy food.slow weight reduction always fits to any one.crashing diet will end up in health issues.
Eat lot of fruits and vegetables, this will not only reduce hunger but also add to the bulk of the food.skimmed dairy products, take fresh salad after lunch and dinner like cucumber, tomatoes with curd.
Reduce salt intake.
Avoid high calorie food like fries, pizza, sweets and others.
