IVC are normal sized. Kindly let me know, the actual condition of my heart . The LVEF is reported to be 55%. Is it a reson for big concern? How can I improve my LVEF? What precautions should I take in my daily life?
Hello
Well come to health care magic
Dear patient , as per the ECHO report your heart is absolutly fine , you need not to worry about it at this time, LBBB may be due to hypertension if you have it and it does not generally cause any problem . To keep your heart healthy in future also you should avoid smoking, high cholestero and fatty diets, do regular aerobic exercises for 1/2 hour to 1 hour, have good control of any other diseaes if you have like hypertension, diabetes, hypercholesterolaemia, obesity etc
wish you good luck
Thanks
Dr Arshad
