Diagnosed With Lymphedema In Legs. Have Swelling Arms, Tingling Arms And Feet, Blurred Vision And Body Jerks. Cause?

have been diagnosed with lymphedema in both legs. Also have swelling in left arm, but it is above the elbow. three drs have told me that my arm in not lymphedema, even though it is swelling just like my legs. I am being told that lymphedema in arm starts at fingers, and they are not aware of anyone who has lymphedema in their arm without prior breast cancer, removal of nodes or chemo/radiation or trama. I have not any any of these things Two lymphedema pt specialists also will not touch my arm. Also experiencing some neurological systems...arms & feet tingling, eye twitching, blurred vision in one eye and body jerks (especially at night but some during the day) i am at a loss as to where to go next
