Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.

I attribute your husband's dizziness to Trihexyphenidyl usage as it is the commonest sideeffect encountered in patients. A few patients develop tolerance to this drug over a period of time and may not experience dizziness. So, you can wait for few more days to see if he is feeling better, if not consult your treating doctor and discuss the issue.

Hope this information is helpful. Good day
