Diagnosed With Pinches Nerves In Neck. Pain In Muscles Of Left Hand, Lower Arm, Hard To Move.
I have been diagnosed with pinched nerves in neck which has caused my muscles in left hand ans lower arm to be painful, hard to move, feel like they're swoolen (sic) and I have lost sense of touch in my left hand. This started out wit5h a tingling in my left thumb 1991 and has spread up my arm. I dare you to name a test I haven't had. The latest guess a virus caused the pinched nerves. I have 75% lost my left hand and arm. HELP!
The symptoms as mentioned in your post is indicative of progressive neural damage due to compression. Symptomatic relief will be obtained with the help of nervigenic agents like Vit B12, Vit B6 & Folic acid. If symptoms still persist, then you need to get an MRI of the cervical region to detect the degree of compression. Further step of management to be decided based on it. If needed, the compression can be relieved surgically.
There is no need to worry, you will be fine. Wishing you a good health. Take care.
