Diagnosed With Typical Hyperplasia Without A Tibia, Prescribed Norethindrone, Microgestin. Treatment?

Hi, I was recently diagnoed with atypical hyperplaia without a tibia . I was prescribed Norethindrone for 4 months. My provider didn t see the results he expected. He performed a D&C with a hysteroscopy . He just precribed me Microgestin for the next 4 months. I m concerned if this is the way to go. What is the best treatment?

Hello
Thanks for your query.
I think you mean - atypical hyperplasia without ATYPIA.
Typically, this is a condition with very low risk of progression to malignancy.
Norethindrone ( or any progesterone preparation ) given cyclically should be able to correct the underlying hormonal imbalance.
Microgestin also should work the same way.
Please take the medications prescribed, as cyclical hormonal therapy for a few months is the best treatment option for this condition.
All the best.
