Diagnosis is severe neural foraminal stenosis and central canal stenosis with cord flattening at c5-6, slight cord flattening and severe left neural foraminal stenosis c4-5, and 2.5 mm central disc osteophyte complex with cord contact and neural foraminal stenosis and changes of myelopathy c3-4.
