Diarrhea, Throwing Up, Bloating After Eating, Extreme Pain In Stomach, Difficulty Passing Stools. Diagnosed IBS. Possiblitiy Of Having Chrohns?

i have had stomach issues my whole life. I have had up to three colonoscopies and other tests as well. I have always had trouble every single time i eat i swell up so bad in my abdomi with bowel movements doctors concludede over years i just have irritable bowel syndrome. I do have hemmoroids and they do bleed alot. Its so bad now though i have had diaherra and throwing up since the fourth of july. but for years now especially the past year everytime i eat and its not that i over eat , the results are extreme swelling i look nine months pregnant. I do at times get extreme pains in stomach for up to eight hours and pain in back maybe towards kidneys, i cant pass a bowel and ive noticed after eating nuts its the worse. i call gthem my episodes. im worried there might be another issue and we just have not found it. is it chrohns you think. also my age is thirty eight i am 5'6 i way around 160.

Thanks for posting your query on HCM.
I am sorry to hear that you have had stomach issues all the time - looking into your symptoms - it is still importanat to get some tests done for coeliac disease, lactose intolerance, markers of inflammation, (this can be checked by a blood tests)
Also you must get USS done to rule out gall stones - having had 3 colonoscopies & presumably they were normal - it is unlikely that you will be suffering from Crohn's D - also I would suggest to get stool microscopy done & analysis done on stool sample for pancreatic enzymes (though malabsorption is unlikely)
It is worthwhile changing diet depending on what upsets your stomach as well
