Did Widal Test And The Results S.thypi H, S.thypi O. Should There Be A Fourfould In A Second Widal Test To Prove Salmonella Infection?

my girlfriend did a check up to recieve a MEDICAL CERTIFICATE . The results of the widal test are as following:
s.thypi H : 1/160
s.thypi O : 1/160
parathypi ao :1/80
She is living in indonesia by the way . Should there be a Fourfould in a second widal test to proove she got salmonella infection. Or are these outcome normal titels because she living in indonesia?

widal is avery insensitive test for typhoid ...... its basal level vary from region to region ..... 1/180 in the presence of sign symptoms or a four fold increase in the basal level is consider positive....
the present test result is normal,but it is advised to repeat the test after 2 weeks...
