Died In Sleep. Bleeding Through Mouth, Ears And Nose. Foaming At Mouth. Why Did This Happen?

my brother passed away suddenly last week in his sleep. he was a fit healthy 26 yo with no medical history. when they tried to intubate him about 1/2 hr later, there was a massie bleed through his mouth, ears and nose . in addition to this he foamed at the mouth for a while. why did this happen ( the bleed and the foaming) or what could hae caused this? also, as he had already passed away how could this even be possible?

there can be sudden increasein blood pressure leading to hamorhage
and this causes bleeding through these openings and as the pressure increases on brain there is sudden death
and the blood already filled in th cavity oozes out when intubated
