What To Do For Granulomas In Child?

After my granddaughter, she was born on 5/14/14, had tracheal intubation for a MRI procedure. She was crying non-stop and unable to sleep, but without any voices. Hospital now said that she has granulomas and need a laser surgery to fix vocal cord. Can you tell me what s going on and what is the best treatment?

thanks for your question...well tracheal intubation at times may lead to vocal cord pribkems and fibrosis in some areas leading to changes from husky voice to aphonia ...well the surgery described would definately help.
