Diet And Medication For Cervical Lumbar Spondylosis
I am 46 yrs old.I had stiffneck and back lower pain since two years .recently went to orthopedician and found that i have cervical lumbar spondylosis .he has suggested me one week phisiotherpy and suggested to continue some exercise for 3-4 months.I have been doing since last 20 days.Some relief is there.He told me there is a gap in lumbar and you should no sit on floor and sleep on floor ,should not bend ,do not lift weights and do not walk long distances .My question is shall it be cured .how long i should not walk ,when i can drive two wheeler.I have hypertension and doctor suggested awalk for 30 mts daily.After this i stopped walking.will you pl suggest what type of diet ,medication and other things that can imporove my problem and i can do all other things.

Continue physiotherapy like traction,short way diathermy and other exercise done at the center
take calcium and vitamin D suppliments.
Take more milk.
Continue medicines for other problems.
Continue slow walking and strictly follow the advices given by orthopedician.
