hello
it is true. that pulses like mung, chana, rajma etc is taken in a case of uric acid patient, then it will increase its level. because they are rich in high protein which during its metabolism produces uric acid. so he must avoid it. rest about high chl, then regular work out, walking , and other aids like breathing excercise, yoga etc will help him living healthy. as far as my view, high protien do not have direct effect on lowering LDL.
so stay relaxed.
have a good health.

Hi,Welcome to HCM.
Read your problem. For uric acid you need to have low protein diet, avoid dals, sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, tomato. For triglycerides have high fiber food and low carbohydrate food, avoid alcohol, oily and fatty food. Atleast 20 mins of brisk walk daily.
Fiber foods like ragi, vegetables salads, apple, watermelon. Drink plenty of water.
Wish you good health.
