Difficult To Pull Back Foreskin On Genital When Its Erect, The Frenulum Part Is Short, Pains. Cure?
I am a 21 year old guy and my question is about urology. i was able to pull back the foreskin of my genital when it was in flaccid state . But when i tried to pull back when its is erect,the frenulum part is short ,not allowing to a full erection and pain.Is there an option to cure it without any surgery or is it a must to go for frenuloplasty or frenulectomy ?

You do not try to pull it otherwise it may cause phimosis, which may be more painful only the best way to come out of this is circumcision it will give very good result discus it with surgeon and take care have nice day.
