Difficulty In Getting And Maintaining Erection. Testesterone 344. Been Doing Kegals For Sometime. Thoughts?

ive been doing kegels now for maybe 6 months.. it seems that i have a hard time getting and maintaining an erection. just had my tetosterone tested monday and it is 344 when the standard rate is between 249-845. i feel its on the low side of normal. oh yes and im 42. i had sex with my wife maybe 2 weeks ago but it feels like i cant get an erection at all.. only if i coax my penis and if im able to get erect like that it wont last for long.. also maybe a year or more ago i felt as if there was no problem whatsoever. i was able to get erect at the drop of a hat and it wasnt a problem. i suspect the kegels have something to do with my problem now. the timing seems to be right on with when i started doing the kegels.. i would do 3 sets of 10 holding for 30 seconds everyday. to me it seems like a combo of the kegels and my age contributing to the problem. please let me know what you think and thank you for your help.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
problem of secondary ejaculation and you have doubt about it to be due to kegel exercises that you are practising since last 6 months.
I would like to state that this is definitely not due to exercise.
In majority of cases in absence of any major health issue like diabetes ,hypertension ,thyroid problem it is mind related and due to performance anxiety.

Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection.and delay ejaculation.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..
