Difficulty In Swallowing, Sore Tongue, Feeling Of Strep Throat On Back Of Tongue. History Of Diabetes. Advice
I m A DIABETIC AND HAVE BEEN HAVING TROUBLE SWALLOWING FOR THE LAST 3 DAYS.WHEN IT COMES TO SWALLOWING LARGE PILLS LIKE METFORMIN OR OTHER LARGER PILLS LIKE MY VITAMINS. THAT WEN AWAY AND HAVE BEEN HAVING SORE TONGUE OR THE BACK OF MY TONGUE HAS BEEN SORE TO SWALLOWING OR FEEL LIKE I HAVE SORE THROAT OR STREP THROAT ON THE BACK OF MY TONGUE NOT THROAT.

Difficulty in swallowing tablets are a passive things and as in your case may be due to strep throat.
Consult an E N T and get treatment for sore throat .
Till hot saline gargles or anti septic solution gargles will give you relief.
Diabetes may be a cause of this type symptoms , so please regulate your blood sugar level.
