Difficulty Swallowing, Lump In Neck, Cannot Eat Solid Food, Burning Feeling In Throat. Cancer?
Hi my mum has just been referred to have a ct scan xrays and she has to have an op to look down her gullet i asked the ent specialst if he could see anything in her throat as she also had a camera up her nose. Her symtons are diffuctly swallowing she has a lump in her neck she cant eat soild food and has now has a burning feeling in her throat am really worried with these symptons do u think theres a high chance its cancer .

Thanks for your query.Your mother has difficulty in swallowing solid foods and there is a lump in her neck which could be a secondary .It loos like to be cancer of the Esophagus but this can be confirmed only on doing a Esophagoscopy(Endoscopic examination of Esophagus.)
