Hello, I was diagnosed with Disc buldge L4,L5, and L5,S1 with mild compression of the thecal sac following a car accident in 2009. My toes go numb, and I have a lot of pain and swelling in my low back. I have since developed Sacrioliitis which is very painful and went through 8 months of intense physical therapy just so I could walk again. I am able to sit walk or stand for a few hours now. 1. Does Sacrioliitis ever go away? 2. Can these buldging discs be healed without surgery after a year? Is the numbness caused by the compression of the thecal sac? Kind Regards, Kayla
