Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
No, this is not normal.
A recent change in menstrual pattern is almost always significant.
Please have one trans-vaginal ultrasound & one serum beta hCG testing to rule out pregnancy specially ectopic.
You should see a Gynecologist for expert opinion.
Take care.

General & Family Physician Dr. Luchuo Engelbert Bain's  Response
Hi and thanks for the query,

I understand it can be very disturbing especially to someone who has been having very regular periods. However, having a period coming a day after the normal or usual expected date is not a real call for alarm. Stress and some physiological changes in the body can, very frequently cause this. Discomfort could be explained by the periods.

Blood in urine might deserve a careful look. I still think the blood should originating from the menstrual flow, you might need to observe more. In case it really is not coming from the menstrual flow, I would suggest you get a consultation from a gynecologist. A wound or other pathology around genitals, that could be easily ascertained from a careful clinical evaluation should be at its origin. But for now, I suggest you stay calm, observe again carefully for a couple of days, and consult a doctor in case symptoms persist or aggravate. thanks and kind regards.
